Refund and Returns Policy
At Turtabaker, customer satisfaction is important to us. However, due to the perishable nature of our products, especially items such as cheesecakes, cakes, and other baked goods, we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been dispatched.
Cancellations must be made at least 12 hours before the scheduled delivery. No refunds will be issued for late cancellations.
Perishable Items
In accordance with UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, goods that are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly are exempt from the 14-day return or cancellation right. Therefore, all sales of edible items are considered final.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us at info@turtabaker.com within 24 hours of delivery. Please include a photo of the product and the packaging.
If the issue is verified, we may:
– Offer a partial or full refund
– Send a replacement (subject to availability)
We do not accept returns under any other circumstances.
